They went above and beyond in prepping the home to look it's best; arranging and assisting with repairs, refreshing the landscaping and adding designer touches. Their patience with me was greatly appreciated as well. Since I live on Oahu and the home is on Kauai I relied on Team Margolis to do more than would usually be required. They always came through for me, even if it meant calling the next door neighbor to allow access for a repair person or finding someone to remove a CAD drafting table and four 4 drawer filing cabinets.
